It got its humble beginnings in Denver, Colorado by Andrea A. Crowell—the company's owner—in early 2004. She is a native of Colorado and has always enjoyed the beauty in Colorado. She feels very strongly about preserving the earth for future generations. She and her family run the company.

Andrea received her Clinical Aromatherapist certificate early in 2007. She has completed her training through Front Ranger Herbal Institute to received her Master Herbalist certificate in February 2008.
